Property Lettings Agent

£16,000 + OTE £23k

Thanet/Folkestone Area

 MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE TO APPLY!

We are a well-established independent property management company based in Kent offering a busy, interesting and varied position with career progression possibilities. We are looking for a property lettings negotiator to work mainly in the Thanet and Folkestone areas.

Duties:

  • The role will include rent appraisals with landlords, letting negotiations, regular landlord contact, property viewings and diary management.
  • You must be able to work within a fast paced environment & must be able to carry out varying tasks whilst ensuring that you are working well and communicating with other members of the team.
  • You will need to be able to meet targets and complete tasks on time, it is essential that you have a confident and pleasant telephone manner and you are able to communicate at all levels and are self-motivated.
  • You will also work closely with other members of the team, liaising with our in house maintenance manager and accounts department.
  • You must be well organised and have good computer / IT skills and be confident in email, excel, word etc and also be confident in using the internet, good administration skills are essential to carry out this role efficiently.
